Founder of the institute Mr. Subrahmanya L. Hegde, is a Physics graduate from Karnatak University, Dharwad and qualified CSIR-NET/JRF, GATE and JEST exams in Physics. He worked as teaching assistant at IISc, Bangalore. Apart form many research opportunities in premier institutes, he found intense interest in teaching Advanced Physics.
Solving standard textbooks written by Griffiths, Goldstein, F. Reif, Y. K. Lim etc. is the major part of our course. In this method, students not only acquire conceptual hold, they also develop problem solving skills. These books also gave many generalized tricks and formulas which are helpful in exams. We cover the syllabus using these textbooks. Textbooks cover all concepts either in the theory, example problems or outside problems. So, it is not a surprise for us that most of the problems from the exams are familiar to the topics that we discussed or solved. Students have found this preparation strategy very useful for exams like CSIR-NET, GATE, JEST, TIFR, IIT-JAM, and BARC in Physics.
